Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the TOWMOVIT platform, apps, and dispatch network. By creating an account or requesting a job, you agree to the terms below. Last updated August 11, 2026.
1. The TOWMOVIT platform
TOWMOVIT operates a technology platform that connects drivers, businesses, and fleet accounts ("requesters") with independent tow and roadside operators ("operators") for towing, recovery, and roadside assistance services. TOWMOVIT is not a towing company — we do not perform tow services ourselves. Operators using our platform are independent businesses responsible for the services they provide.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Operators must maintain valid licensing, registration, and insurance for the vehicles they operate on the platform, and must promptly update their account if any of that information changes or lapses.
3. Driver and operator vetting
TOWMOVIT reviews license status, vehicle documentation, insurance, and, where applicable, background check results before approving an operator to accept jobs, and may periodically re-verify this information. Meeting our vetting criteria at onboarding does not guarantee continued eligibility — TOWMOVIT may suspend or remove an operator's access at any time for safety, compliance, or conduct reasons.
4. Requesting and completing jobs
When a requester submits a job, TOWMOVIT's dispatch system matches it with an available nearby operator based on location, vehicle type, and other factors. Location and GPS data is shared between the requester and assigned operator for the duration of the job so both parties can track progress in real time. Either party may cancel a job before pickup begins, subject to the cancellation terms shown in the app at the time of booking.
5. Payments
Payments for completed jobs are processed through our third-party payment processor. Requesters authorize TOWMOVIT to charge the payment method on file for the price shown at booking, plus any applicable adjustments disclosed before or during the job (such as additional mileage or wait time). Operator payouts are issued on a regular schedule, less TOWMOVIT's platform commission as disclosed in the operator's account. Disputed charges should be raised through support within 14 days of the job.
6. Fleet and business accounts
Businesses and fleet accounts may authorize multiple users to request jobs under a single billing account. The account owner is responsible for charges incurred by authorized users and for managing which users have access to the account.
7. Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting fraudulent jobs or payment information, harassing other users, circumventing dispatch or payment systems, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. TOWMOVIT may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOWMOVIT provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including damages related to vehicle condition, property damage, delays, or the acts or omissions of independent operators or requesters. TOWMOVIT's total liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of fees TOWMOVIT retained from the job giving rise to the claim, except where a higher limit is required by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TOWMOVIT harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party, including claims arising from services performed by an operator or requests submitted by a requester.
10. Dispute resolution
If a disagreement arises between users, or between a user and TOWMOVIT, we encourage resolving it informally through our support team first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled through binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than in court, except where either party is entitled to bring a claim in small claims court, or where applicable law does not permit arbitration of the dispute in question.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. Continued use of TOWMOVIT after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be highlighted through the app or by email where practical.
